Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you order! But if you’re not totally satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Returns are processed via postal service only.

Return postage is paid by the customer.

Please include your order number and reason for return in the parcel.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange as requested. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
